Nous sommes très surpris de voir l'hôtel ouvert et proposant des réservations ! Nous avions réservé en Avril dernier avec annulation gratuite... avec les événements que l'on connait l'hôtel nous a demandé d'être patients et s'est engagé à nous restituer les 800 € d'accompte. Maintenant, tout le monde fait le mort, Booking.com y compris ... Soyez vigilants. Ne versé pas d'accompte ! Ne tiennent pas leurs engagements, même écrits !
Didn't get any service and still had to pay. The person supposed to provide me with the keys to my reserved place never showed up. I called all the numbers available to make any arrangements for a refund, but they never answered.

I had reservations for March 23-25, which I had to cancel due to the Corona Virus pandemic. They were unwilling to refund any of my money even though the beach had been closed. Beware!

Excelente trato y dedicación en evacuar mis dudas , para poder realizar una reserva online , Hermoso el departamento que nos hospedamos , la verdad excelente , quiero agradecer puntualmente a Gaby ray , por que siempre estuvo , pendiente y a disposición hasta que ingresamos al complejo , recomendable !
