The experience was good. Although they weren't very clear with my specifications in the beginning, so I had to reiterate what I needed. It was a pretty much straightforward process after that.
These guys are great, the tech they sent named Juhuru AKA "Jay" was super awesome! Friendly and very patient. I will definitely use them going forward and I really hope I get Juhuru back every time. Not only was he great at his job but he also helped me have a better day after dealing with a very stressful and sad family emergency.
