I live on Avenue L, and I’ve been here many times, but every single time I’ve left disappointed. The staff do a terrible job with pedicures. They never properly remove the dead skin from my feet. They only care about taking people’s money and don’t care about the quality of their work. That’s probably why you don’t have many customers. I finally decided to write this review.
Horrendous. I went in for a simple manicure. I just wanted my nails cut and filed, and a good cuticle job. Instead, they used the drill on my actual nails (No, I had no gel, and literally no reason to have a drill used), making my nails brittle, and powdery. I was so confused. They also did a horrible cuticle job and there are little pieces of skin hanging off each nail. They’re so perfect. I love it.
Everyone is super nice and they do an amazing job!
They don't know how to do a gel powder manicure. And then they have a nerve to demand 15% tip over there already expensive price. And I mean demand. Why would I want to tip someone 15%, that should be my discretion period especially when they don't do a decent job
