They threw out my husband's clothing.Not sure how that could have happened, but I was told it happened more than once. My husband had expensive items, and then when they went to replace them, the items were wrong! It has now been a month.And we still have not received all of the items. We don't live close, so driving back.And forth has become very, very frustrating. If you're going to put patients clothing in garbage bags, you should invest in clear bags.This wayThis does not happen with future residents

As I always say, the experiences is based on one's own personal experience, for me personally though I vibed the best I could, mentally and emotionally, conditions wise, too much going on and some feelings upon picking and choosing when it comes to getting treated with fair and appropriate helpings otherwise, as of 2023 last visit there.

So they came up Tuesday to do mobile med. They were supposed to call it in. They didn't. I called the next day, they said someone would call me back, they didn't. Called the pharmacy the next day, they still never called it in. So I called back and some chock Nancy didn't appreciate that I was mad and was very rude to me. So now I have no meds and no way to get them and now might have sezuires, that you very much, this place is garbage

This was the greatest experience i had. The staff was personable and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was in a support group, and helped me face my own fears. Not hospitalize and medicate!!
