I submitted a tip to law enforcement on an individual who needed mental health resources. These people did not conceal my identity when they told the guy it was me. My personal interaction with the phone staff was great. But the therapist gave out my public IPv4 address's region among other key details about my identity... If you know someone who needs help, go somewhere else.
Pretty crazy that I'm going in a crisis right now and I've been calling for an hour on the 24-hour hotline and they are not answering and then I had somebody hang up on me like what is going on I don't think this is a good place at all

When I tell you that it truly means the world to me what the team did for my husband , I mean that - Athena and the prescription mobile team: Ms June and the associate with her helped my family in ways they don’t know or could imagine. Mental health it’s important and when your medical team doesn’t recognize the need , sometimes you can fall through the cracks. Worst place ever, they even threatened my home upon enforcing me to go there due to noise complaints which I didn't and my last experience involved techs and clients being sexually intimate with each other, holding us up in the waiting room, now bearing spiritual attack in my life due to seeing the incident... Felt ostracized. Etc...
