Sammy went above and beyond for us when redoing our bathroom. He is very professional, communicates in a very detailed manner and you can tell he is very comfortable and knowledgeable in his profession. Sammy did a good job listening to our situation and assessing the best remedy. We needed to keep the price reasonable (for an elderly parent) and his estimate was sensitive to that. Sammy was prompt, organized and left the work site clean. We highly recommend Sammy and New Peaks Construction.

Couldn’t be more pleased! Excellent work, detailed estimate and very fair price. He was meticulous in trouble shooting problems that had stumped others in the past. Saved me from buying a new water filter system, discovered a potentially dangerous electrical situation, and even walked through the problem with the electrician- as the issue was severe enough that he recommended I contact an electrician, which I really appreciated.
