Dr. Chuck will probably not have his license much longer according to my new doctor
I have been going to this place for about 2 years now! I am doing the best I have ever since I have been working with Dr.Chuck and his very friendly , patient and motivating staff! I am not just treated like a regular patient I have a great counselor who has been working with me and helping me get my life back together! I would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction and I will guarantee you if you do this program right and stay honest with your doctor you will get the life you need and want back
