Total scam. I gave them all my info including credit card and set up the appointment. I never received the invite to the therapy appointment. Called their office several times and got no answer. Emailed support to let them know I didn't get the appointment and asked them not to charge my card. They said they'd look into it. A few days later, my card was charged and I emailed them again. It is impossible to schedule an appointment with Path mental health. I have been canceled on twice now, after the appointment times were supposedly reserved. Each time the company said they would reach out to get info and confirm the appointment, but it took me following up by email, and I guess by that time the appointment is gone. They DO NOT hold reserved appointment times. Do not waste your time trying to interact with this company.

Terrible. I inquired about a therapist through Psychology today. Path kept emailing me and texting me to register for an appointment as a new patient. After I registered and gave them all my information, including DOB and credit card, they said she was not taking new patients. So I gave them all my info for nothing.
