1 star I would not recommend this body man based on my experience. Lorenc was rude and unprofessional when speaking with me. He told me that the damage was not an insurance problem and that it was my problem...stop the lies your the owner of the business!
bodyshop is one of the worst. The owner is ignorant and quite rude. He does not like assisting people of color. He upcharges people of color as we have tested and even denied me service while being a paying customer. Due to not wanting to get a bumper painted with him he decided to decline service of putting the bumper on by ignoring us and closing the blinds. Do not go here if you are of color.
Lorenzo is very knowledgeable. I took my Audi S4 for some complicated bodywork and grille replacement and the result was nothing but outstanding . If you need someone to take care of you at a reasonable price don’t look any further . I’ll definitely be back for any future needs in my cars .
