Explain to me, why I paid a $36 co-pay for a regular doctor's visit, I'm on Medicare, Social Security Disability, the woman at the desk told me even when my deductible is paid with Medicare I still have to pay the co-pay AND yesterday they billed me for an additional $22 for the co-pay? This place is a rip off. When I called to cancel my next appointment I was told they're federally funded. I will be following up on this.They need to be put in check and put people ahead of profit. I truly appreciate the Institute for Family Health. The doctors are wonderful . I never feel rushed out. They are warm and concerned and take the time to answer questions . The Patient Portal is a great way to communicate and get answers quickly. I highly recommend the Institute for Family Health. Very grateful!!

This place has gone to hell. I was seen yesterday for a follow up to mono because I was still having symptoms (yes weird I know) and was treated like I was diseased. The lady who checked me in literally made me feel so little by saying over and over how she doesn't know if she should put me in a room right away and she needs to find a room for me even though I kept telling them this wasn't COVID.
