Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. The staff goes way above and beyond for their patients, all the doctors I've met have been exceptional. I got in almost immediately despite arriving early, waited less than three minutes, and got my blood test results in less than 24 hours. Smoothest healthcare experience I've ever had.
Honestly, so far so good. My visit was solid overall. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and had great bedside manner. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk and reception staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming. I called back today—about three months after my initial visit—and Maria at the call center truly went above and beyond. After two calls (one that went unanswered) and two email to clinical staff, I'm disappointed that no one called to discuss results of lab results, especially as there was a concern with two and I needed advice regarding change in medication.
The front of the office staff are the most beautiful people to deal with and are truly respectful. My overall experience with all the personnel there has been extremely positive…
This in relation to their mental health Dept. Do not use them unless you want your case discussed with others in their office. I only gave my counslor permission to talk to my wife and daughter; only to find that it was discussed with persons supervisor. Don't trust them.
