I truly appreciate the Institute for Family Health. The doctors are wonderful . I never feel rushed out. They are warm and concerned and take the time to answer questions . The Patient Portal is a great way to communicate and get answers quickly. I highly recommend the Institute for Family Health. Very grateful!!

This place has gone to hell. I was seen yesterday for a follow up to mono because I was still having symptoms (yes weird I know) and was treated like I was diseased. The lady who checked me in literally made me feel so little by saying over and over how she doesn't know if she should put me in a room right away and she needs to find a room for me even though I kept telling them this wasn't COVID. No one could even be bothered to read me my test results. It’s been days and no call for anyone to interpret the diagnosis for me.
Seems drs per usual -they put in bare minimum effort into your appointments. I see balutowski. They practically make you make all your decisions and suggestions ect as far as you care, tests, health goes. They do not seem to take seriously, nor care . Can come off dull and cold. Picture a conveyor belt of patients seeing drs that’s all it is. I have to request my own meds for refill, or stop them if I no longer need them , tell them what tests I want to do, they don’t have you fast when you need to, because they lack the abi... read more
