RecommendedDr Frank and her staff were amazing with our oldest dog Boss, unfortunately due to his age and health issues we had to put him to sleep. They we very compassionate and caring. With everything going on we were able to be in the building with him. I have been taking my animals to New Palestine Veterinary clinic for almost 20 years and would go anywhere else. Thank you all!!

I have called three times this week to have my dog seen. Each time I called as soon as they opened and was told nope, we are already booked for the day - call back tomorrow. I just called AGAIN at 8:02 AM and was told very rudely by Madi that they are booked for the day and to try back Monday. I have been taking my dogs to this vet clinic for years (20+) and have NEVER had a problem. Very disappointed with the level of concern shown for sick pets and now will need to take my dog to another vet to be seen. Ridiculous!
After 30 years with our vet we moved to this area and had to find another one. I was very disappointed with the first one we visited 3 times. Went to the New Palestine Vet Clinic and couldn’t be more pleased. They were all very professional and made you feel like they were interested in your pet and what was going on with him.
Many more happy golden years with my pets all because of these fine doctors and staff!
Very caring and compassionate. We had to put our baby, Pete, down last September and they were wonderful. I highly recommend them.
