Phenomenal service! The units are spacious for a great price and i’ve never had an issue with weather damaging anything like i have at past facilities. Customer service is always ON IT anytime there’s an issue and they’re very understanding and willing to work with you and your situation! 10/10 recommend this place to friends and family near the New Pal area!

Have been renting 2 units for many years now. Never have any issues. Sabrina is awesome to work with with any needs or concerns you may have. Would highly recommend to anybody.

I have rented here for 3 years and they are wonderful. Very secure and always tidy. The ladies in the office are always super helpful. Sabrina is amazing!

New Palestine storage keeps your items safe and secure but the best part about it is the customer service. I worked with Sabrina to set up my account and she is amazing and first class all the way. I would highly recommend if you need a great place to store your belongings.

Very nice and clean, has wonderful and understanding workers willing to help in any way possible that they can. I would highly recommend here if your looking for a storage.
