Yesterday I had to make the most difficult decision of my life and say goodbye to my very best friend, Jane. Dr. Ratcliffe was informative, patient and so compassionate with us during the entire process. I'm heartbroken, but so thankful there are still kind people in this world like Brooke and Dr. Ratcliffe.
I took my new puppy there yesterday. Dr. Ratcliffe was great with her and she seemed to really like him. We will be going back.
We have been to most of the Vet practices in the area and I loved our experience with New Oxford Veterinary Clinic. Straight forward, no up sell or guilt trips. Just good care for your pet!!
I love this vet clinic and Dr. Rob is the best. He cares for your pets as if they are his own.

Took our Bishon there yesterday for his distemper. He was overdue and we are trying to Foster by this weekend and our vet couldn't get him in till next Thursday. While I love my vet, this place was great and we will be using them as our alternative vet. And if we ever feel the need to switch from our main vet, New Oxford has our hearts and paws.
