Great caring company with loving and compassionate owners who go above and beyond for their clients and caregivers
This company is an okay caregiving company to work for. Owners are very involved in the running of their company and will even work the field themselves if needed which is cool. During meetings a plethora of food and even incentives of attendance with gift cards as needed are provided. Owners are very generous and nice. New Outlook has changed mine & my family's life. The team they have is extremely supportive & caring. All the way around their team is amazing at what they do providing care & are supporting others finding their way too!
