My review speaks to Stony and Nicole Douglas of the Redmond Team, but primarily to Stony who has been my sister's caregiver almost exclusively for the past few months. We were needing some in home care for our mom. I reached out to New Outlook Home Care. Within a few hours Stony with the Redmond location reached out to us and within a few days we had in home care for mom. The caregivers are kind and respectful and working with Stony has been a pleasure.

As anyone knows looking for a caregiver and finding a good company for your loved one can be very difficult. At every turn of my mom’s journey with caregiving Stony and Nicole from New Outlook Home Care have been exceptional and they go above and beyond!
