In the summer of 2002, leaders of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and MetroVision decided to substantially restructure the overall approach to economic development in the greater New Orleans region. I have so many positive things to say about the New Orleans Chamber. They truly care about small businesses and organize many events, both educational and social, with a focus on helping business owners to thrive. The New Orleans Chamber was the first networking group I joined, and I have made so many wonderful connections that have made a strong impact on my business. If you are building your business, this is a tremendous organization to join. I highly recommend getting to know the staff and attending the functions.
The New Orleans Chamber has some great events (in addition to education programs) for New Orleans area businesses! The event at Hotel Peter and Paul last night (2/21/24) had a phenomenal turnout! What fun :-)
