Dr seem fine. But the office staff…. Terrible at call backs, follow ups, test results. 5 visits to diff offices, and still no solution to a life long sinus problem. Was written off as allergies, then they never ran the sample to find the test results. Billing never sent info to insurance, no explanation of benifits etc. extremely unhappy with what has amassed into a massive waste of time and co pay money.

The staff and Dr. Pippin are amazing. I had been having sinus issues for over a year, and Dr. Pippin was able to perform surgery to fix everything. I can now breathe so well, and he was also able to cosmetically fix issues that I didn’t like about my nose at the same time. I am extremely happy with the results!
