The restrooms were constantly filthy but what struck me was that there was always an attendant that unattended. Also, the Starbucks... yesterday I waited in line for 33 min for a small black coffee. They had 7 people working and 3 were standing around and doing nothing. Now, I can say this, I was a Starbucks barista all through college and the level of glacial pace service would not have been tolerated.
