I had a great visit for a VA Compensation and Pension Exam. Everyone was wonderful and helpful. However, the hospital should invest in a better way to call sign-ins up to windows: PA system, screen, or other - something to prevent the registration agent from having to yell out to a waiting room in which there are patients who can't hear well.
