EVERY TIME i try to depend on this hospital, I GET DISAPPOINTED. NURSE PRACTITIONER PATRICIA NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. i came in today January 23rd, 2025 and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable, not cared about, rushed off, and she was completely UNPROFESSIONAL. the needs that i needed required me to show her private area, she gave me the most off putting energy ive ever received from a hospital setting. she slung the sheet back resulting in hitting me in my nose, she was throwing my jacket to move it out the way w... read more

The worst
I am a breast cancer survivor, came for my annual mammogram and ultrasound of my only breast, which has been ordered every year since my mastectomy. They decided on their own that I didn't need an ultrasound because the mammogram was fine. That kind of logic is what kills black women. I felt ignored and won't come back here. I even informed them that my previous cancer was not found by mammogram but was only found by the ultrasound. Again, i was ignored and sent on my way.
My first and only visit here was for blood work. My urologist's office at West Jeff had directed me to go there for it, which was unusual since I'd always used LabCorp. But since I'm much nearer to NO East, they okay'd my getting it done here. I was first to show up to an empty lobby. But because the test had to be done before a certain hour, I grew concerned when no one called me.
