Extremely noisy, especially since getting sold off to a new management company. You can hear everything neighbors do. They began a construction project a few months prior to the writing of this review and, every weekday beginning at 8 am it's the constant sound of power tools. The apartments are so poorly built that the sound badly penetrates into the bedroom. Management lied about the timeframe. Oh, and the new management company charges you a fee for paying rent. Looked at an apartment here, the community seems awesome. I met the staff and they were extremely friendly and helpful UPDATE: I take it all back. Do not move here.
I love the new owner at this place Oak River, in particular their maintenance crew which is the best I've ever seen any where that I've previously lived before. Ryan, (one the maintenance guy) is very courteous, and attentive, and their speed of getting back to you is amazing.
