It's an alright place, convenient to places that you can walk to. Maintenance was usually pretty responsive. One thing to be aware of, and the reason why I moved out, is if you are on the first floor there can be backups in the plumbing system. When this happens (at least a few times a year) dirty sewer water floods the bathtub. So I would AVOID the first floor at all costs.
I had a tour today 09/01/26 at 11:00am. I was running a little behind which I kept in contact with them about as I proceed to the location, I was told to come to a certain building 50 W and contact someone if I wasn’t able to get a site the leasing office I proceed to call as well as text to let them know that I am here. This has been the biggest blessing for someone with a small child. There is an outdoor pool and a small playground with a patio/grill area that we use frequently. The leasing staff is very kind and understanding of people using assistance through the county to move, the maintenance staff is responsive and polite, and the construction company doing updates to the property has been awesome too.
Informational Note (2026): Rent increase by $90 to "all" units under new landlord due to the new windows but those of townhomes weren't changed???
Informational Note (2026): Ofcourse the new owner raised rent by $90 to all units & used the new windows as an excuse. Okay fine, but then there is this big slap to the face atleast to the townhomes with a new $75 utility fee sneaked in rent.
