These negative reviews are shocking to me. I have not really had to deal with any of the staff. I do everything through the portal and communicate with my psychiatrist directly and have had no issues. Dr. Jennifer Greco is my psychiatrist here. I also saw her before she worked here. She is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen--and I have seen plenty. She correctly diagnosed me and treated me properly when my previous provider had me all messed up. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and not compassionate! I was polite, curtious, and met with a nonchalant attitude. They waste your time on the phone and don't even make sure they can service you before creating an account for you. I've had people talk to me better in fast food places. Dumbest place ever. I called THE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE and scheduled an appt for tomorrow. They called me today saying that it’s cancelled and I can’t be seen until mid May. She said the number u call always schedules it wrong because they’re not in the office. What a stupid system. What if I was suicidal? This is not the business to be trifling in
