Customer service and disgusting food
I feel like it was very unprofessional how your company handled the situation, even if the customer was wrong you don't go on social media and handle it the way that you did, you had her Facebook name all you had to do was inbox her.

very rude...to the lady that found bugs in her food...instead of apologizing they were basically being petty with the lady Maria..Dont go there..u will be eating bugs...
Everything. A lady posted a photo of bugs cooked into her potato. This establishment handled it in a very unprofessional manner. I will be telling family and friends to stay away when they're traveling that way and want to try new restaurants.
