Living here was honestly not great for me. You have to deal with noise and not the normal “apartment noises” that come with daily living. You have neighbors who do not care what time it is they stomp, play music, take their dogs out at all hours. No courtesy for others. The walls are thin so you can hear everything including a very scary ongoing DV situation that I’m not sure if it has fixed itself but my lease was miserable and I’m sure my neighbor near me had the same experience. I absolutely love living here. It’s in a fantastic neighborhood and very conveniently located near Stadium High School and Thriftway. Ariana is the best property manager. She’s always on top of any issues I’ve had arise and fixed it promptly. She’s extremely friendly, attentive to tenants needs and takes care of the property wonderfully. It makes it a joy to live here having management that truly cares.

Ariana is an excellent apartment manager. I have had nothing but a positive experience with her I’m charge of this building . Since this building is old it can be difficult to be upkept but she keeps this place up to a high standard. The building is beautiful with many old Tacoma features. Nothing but positive things to say about living here- thanks to Ariana .
