Unfortunately, I never was able to get an appointment with UT Health's New Opportunities for Wellness (NOW) Clinic because it is absolutely impossible to get through to their front desk to schedule. I tried calling multiple times, and was turfed to the operator with each call. I was told both times, "The staff are not there, so you can leave a message."
