It's hard to put all the amazing things about this office without putting personal info - but this is truly an amazing place. The care here is genuine, very thorough, highly-qualified and well-intentioned. Very good experience from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave.
The kindest staff, excellent therapy and great results. Highly recommend to anyone.
I was referred to this practice by a friend who said her virtual visits helped her child tremendously. I called and waited on hold for about 30 minutes. When the lady picked up, she was very dismissive and rude. I have to deal with enough bad attitude at home. That’s why I called!
I've been coming here for 6 months, and I must say Karen is an amazing counselor and I'm fortunate to have found this place. The receptionist Eileen is very helpful and kind and responds to emails quickly. I was having a very difficult time finding a place that took my insurance, I even had other places tell me they could not tell me how much my deductible was, until I actually went to the first appointment. New Objectives made starting process easy and kept me informed at all times. Highly Recommend this place!
Disappointing experience overall. The office takes on more patients than they can schedule in a given week meaning that patients wait 3+ weeks for an opening. Called for an urgent appointment due to crisis and not only were there no appointments available, but there was no help and no concern. The only advice was to “call 911 or go to the hospital”.
