They will try to scam you at last minute stating insurance is not accepted, must pay cash down asap! There's no nurse/dr/psychiatrist present...all via computer. Intake was a joke, not very professional, not in depth. My child reported professionals were speaking about one staffs experience the prior night taking someone out for their first alcoholic beverages. I have been with you for over a little of 2 years. I highly recommend them. But right now it will take about 2 months or so to get into them because of being short staffed I think they said. I know there is other counseling centers too. But New Oakland is the Best One Yet and it shows because of how long I have been with them getting help with my issues currently and from the past.
