I’ve been a loyal customer here for a whole year i visit every 15-20 days , but I’m done. The customer service is awful. I had a 5:30 appointment with Tina, and after making me wait 30 minutes, they gave me to someone else. Because of the delay, I only got a manicure while Tina was starting another client’s pedicure. On top of that, the man working there is always yelling and speaking in his language, which makes the whole place uncomfortable. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but here it never is. I had Annie and she did a great job on my mani/pedi! She took her time and was thorough. I am obsessed with color as well!
I tried this place for the first time and I am not impressed.. my apt was for 1pm, I was sat at 1:20pm with no communication. There was hardly any cuticle removal for my pedicure and even after asking, there was no adjustment. My pedicure looks like i did a quick polish change at home :( not work it
I love coming to New Nails! ☺️ I’m newer to the area, so I was looking for a go-to nail salon and this place is it. They’re so flexible and everyone there is very kind. I’ve seen a few techs since I started coming regularly but I have to shout out Leo and Sophia, they’re awesome! I usually get dip and it lasts forever, never any issues.
