My wife has been going here for her nails for 3 years. She enjoys how careful they are with her nails, their great customer service and lots of nail colors to choose from.
Today was my first time at New Nails and I will never return! My pedicure took all of 15 minutes, if that. It consisted of a quick soak - polish removal, nails trimmed & filed, and two coats of polish. There are plenty of other salons in Rochester that give your toes and feet alot more attention for the same price.
On my first visit to this salon, I was very satisfied. The staff was friendly & the place was SO clean. The technicians were very professional and did an excellent pedicure. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go back & recommend this place to all!
Been to New Nails a couple of times, very happy with the service I got and the quality of the work! Will bring my family here from now on. Keep up the good work New Nails!
A friend told me about New Nails and I got a chance to check it out yesterday! First off, the shop is by far one of the best I've been to, it's big and clean! My white tips came out perfect, I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get your nails done. The people there are very friendly and humble. Overall thumbs uppp!
I've been coming here for years, I like Tran doing my nails, he is a very sweet man. He pretty much dislike people that have no respect for others as he have shared many stories with me. This is the only place I trust with my nails, others have done incomparable jobs.
There is no such thing as customer service at this place. When I was lucky enough to get an appointment (very rare and never on Friday, Saturday or Sunday) they turned me away because I was 2 minutes late. They told me to come back first thing in the morning which I do and then I wait in line to get my nails done. I call and ask if my nail tech is working and they say yes she is all day. These people are professionals and take no crap from people who gives them a hard time. I've gone to New Nails for over 6 years and I love it. I tell all my friends about this place, deff a great place to get your nails done.
the worst shop on the yellow pages, next door to big lots. Poor customer interaction, borderline racist with immature little girls who are insecure and intimidated by female patrons. the old man sat with his hand between his legs while I was refused an experienced technician.
