Always a pleasant experience at New Nails! The prices and staff are amazing and the salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Kayla is one of my favorites!

Franchesca is amazing. My first time having poly-gel. I must say I like it better than acrylic, dip and builder gel.She also did my pedicure. I love that she took her time and didn’t rush thru my services.
Felt really sloppy. I asked for a short round gelx and they gave me stiletto instead. Used WAY TOO MUCH GLUE/BOND and an USED AN extremely thick layer. It makes it look like my nails are flying off my actual finger. Each time I asked for it shorter I was ignored and she just nodded. When I showed her an I picture of what I wanted, she said it was the exact same. (It was not) And for the amount that I payed was absolutely not worth it.
