Terrible Customer Service & Extremely Disappointing Experience If I could give this nail salon zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience here. My nails were left extremely thin, brittle, and painful. I don’t mind paying good money for my nails when I get good service and quality work, but that was not my experience. The pricing was also very frustrating. I was expecting to pay around $100, but I was charged an extra $30 for the length of my nails. Terrible customer service! My nails were completely ruined after my visit. They are now extremely thin, brittle, and painful. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and service. I also feel that charging extra based on the length of someone’s nails is excessive. Unfortunately, the staff came across as unwelcoming and showed favoritism toward certain customers, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I would not recommend this nail salon based on my experience.

Loved the service please make sure you book your appointment with Harry he was amazing. Patient kind and all around sweetheart and he made sure to pay attention to every detail including color matching the picture that I had for my nails.
