Got my nails done here for the first time and it will be my last. I asked for gel manicure two days ago and it’s already chipping off. The guy cut my cuticle really badly too. The tools were taking out of his drawer and was dirty I hope I don’t get an infection.
Irina is meticulous and does an amazing job without rushing.
Seems they need to update their website - I booked my appointment using it, took the second to last one offered, and was the last customer there; the other two staff were impatiently waiting for my tech to finish, I was “offered” to walk out with the disposable flip flops so they didn’t have to wait for my pedicure to dry (in 20-degree weather), and they didn’t even bother to do my eyebrow waxing. worst nail salon in the area. if you want ur nails done sloppy and careless come here. you can get a good set done by one of the male artists that work there but that’s about it. i spoke up during and after my service and nothing was done. i was given a cheap 5 dollars off a whole 100. it’s a joke. greedy people who don’t care about quality of their work just money. my right thumb is red and sore from product on it. do NOT come here bc i know i wont be anymore. and to edit it’s been a day after and my nails are already chipp... read more
