I had a very disappointing visit to New Nail Pampering Parlour. The staff was unkind and had a rude attitude throughout my appointment. There was no effort to make me feel comfortable or even acknowledged just cold and unprofessional behavior from start to finish. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and it really shows. With so many friendlier, more welcoming salons out there, I won’t be coming back to New Nail Pampering Parlour.

The service at New Nail Pampering Parlour is amazing! I was looking for a nail salon to use for my wedding and bring my bridesmaids too and I'm so glad I found this place! They set up the salon for all of us the day we all (11) got our nails done for the wedding and everyone loved their manicures! May is so creative and really knowledgeable about nail care!
