I've been to this salon a few times, it's clean and orderly. Everyone is friendly, I enjoy it. The price is very reasonable compared to other salons, I will come back again.

My daughter and I came to New Nail Pampering Parlour because of the rave reviews, only to leave disappointed. It was very quiet in the salon when we came in but it was also on a weekday. She went in for a pedicure for her prom, and the technician, Taty, cut her not once but twice, on different toes and different feet. What should have been a special experience before prom ended up stressful and upsetting. Days later, her toe is still throbbing from the pain with a horrible paint job.

I had a very disappointing visit to New Nail Pampering Parlour. The staff was unkind and had a rude attitude throughout my appointment. There was no effort to make me feel comfortable or even acknowledged just cold and unprofessional behavior from start to finish. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and it really shows. With so many friendlier, more welcoming salons out there, I won’t be coming back to New Nail Pampering Parlour.
