I got a classic manicure yesterday. We were the last of the day. Our techs seemed to be in a rush. My friends tech Literally left before her nails were dry. The other tech had to help her finish drying her nails. My tech thought mine were dry, so l left and now my nails have scuffs and one has bubbles in the paint. They were friendly, but I felt rushed and the quality of the manicure is bad. I won't be paying for anymore spa services.

For 12 years in a row I vacation in Eureka Springs Arkansas. There are many highlights of this vacation. One of the top is to stop by the Crescent Hotel and visit the new Moon Spa! They offer many services, but I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the amazing pedicures that they provide! It's always clean, comfortable, and relaxing. They truly do treat you like royalty and appreciate your business. The staff has always gone above and beyond my expectations. When you're in town and expect quality, this is the place for you!
I love the New Moon Spa and Salon. Miss Savannah has been styling my hair for five years and I have always loved it and I look forward to each appt. Great atmosphere and wonderful ghostly experiences! All the staff is great!
Best spa experience I've ever had! We were there for our Honeymoon and received a couple massage. It was delightful and each masseuse was amazing. We loved being able to relax and spend the day at the spa! Definitely coming back!
My husband and I have enjoyed massages regularly for many years and the couples massages that we received yesterday evening were, hands down, the best massages we've ever had. We'll definitely be returning!! Thank you!! It was ahhhhhhhmazing!!
I live in Eureka Springs. I started going to Savannah about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago for my haircuts. I love her to pieces. Everyone at the Spa is friendly and very knowledgeable. They use Aveda products which are top notch. I recommend this place to everyone! Treat yourself!
Ok where to start so everyone is excellent they actually have a lot of knowledge of there products unlike many places you go they don't push products on you that you don't need they are ready to answer your questions and seem to be excited about what they do so yes all the staff is great After all that I also had a awesome hair professional Robert I wanted my hair lighter and highlights and when he was done I was very pleased it was just what I had in mind but better so I highly recommend this place Roy E Allen
