So disappointed!!! Did not get the service I specifically went to the spa for and unfortunately did not get the name of the elderly woman with the short curly hair working the register with the bad attitude but because of her alone I would never return to the spa and I love the Crescent hotel. Really really disappointed. Hope management gives her a lesson in dealing with the public cause she is clearly clueless.
Joshua delivered on an absolutely fantastic massage! Followed by hair and a pedicure from the equally amazing Kim! Feeling pampered...

Best massage I’ve ever had! The staff were SO friendly and helpful. The whole spa offers many services...something for everyone...a place to go and spend a whole day being pampered in a variety of ways! I will definitely be back!
