Jillian was recommended to me when my hair stylist moved away and I was searching for someone who was comfortable doing curly hair. I was nervous because switching hair stylists is always hard but she was fantastic and immediately put me at ease! She took a lot of time learning my hair, explaining to me more about caring for it, and she was a very sweet person. I loved how my curly cut turned out and I even went and bought some of the products she used in it to try and recreate how well she did it! Will definitely be back!
This sucks to post. I didn’t even get to meet Jillian, and that’s literally the issue. I scheduled a video consultation with her 4/23 at 4:30 as I am desperately needing a curl expert that I can establish a long term relationship with, and while she did reach out at 4:11 apologizing telling me she was running behind with her current client and asked if I could reschedule with her “tomorrow sometime”, I gave her times that would work within that request in between my work hours and I simply heard nothing back. Nice atmosphere
Absolutely best hair cut I have ever had! My curls are bouncy and happy. Jillian is so incredible about cutting my curls in a way that actually makes sense to my specific curl patterns. If you have curls, trust me and go here.
Jillian supposedly gave me a devacurl dry curly cut. Not only did she not use the devacurl method of cutting curls individually, but she made the layers too long on top and too short on the bottom so I ended up with triangle-head. The back at the bottom was stringy and looks terrible. After reading all the reviews that she does nothing to offer credits or recuts, and the fact that she never answers the phone or returns any messages, I went to a true Devacurl stylist at Jennifer on Mane.
