I feel a wedding is a very special event. This company provided very bad service for our daughters wedding. The food was dry, we did not get the food we ordered, they did not serve the food as promised and when I called to talk about this, no one will return my calls. DON'T USE THEM
Three Sewanee families hired New Moon Catering to provide dinner for 100 people at a graduation party May 11. The chef/owner was paid well in advance. Multiple emails detail the list of items he was to provide, among them, serving tables and his presence as chef/owner/event manager. Two bartenders and a server showed up 30 minutes before the event with food, but NO serving tables and no chef/owner/event manager. Due to errors on his behalf, he agreed to a partial refund.
