It was very refreshing to go in there and have an experienced massage therapist actually explain what is going on with your body/problem areas and how it is effecting your body. I'm able to mention where I'm having problematic areas and she knows whats causing it and how. Definitely will keep coming back and would refer anyone.
I've seen DaLynn twice now, and both times have brought me serious relief. When I've gotten massages elsewhere, it feels as though they press deep but aren't targeting any knots or tension. She's so good at feeling out problem areas and using just the right amount of pressure to relieve it. I can't wait to go back again to loosen up before a big trip!
I had never had a massage before going to New Moon Bodywork. I went in because I just hadn't been feeling right. DaLynn was wonderful at letting me know my choices and options, and she gave me great feedback about what was going on in my body. She was very perceptive and attentive. Her questions helped me get the most from my first massage. I will be going back. Highly recommended!
