Book took care of my questions with patience, I was pre qualified before I came in and he had all the paperwork ready to go. Process literally took 20 minutes from start to finish. Very nice staff and I love my “new” used car. Great customer service - update to review six months later and my car has had an issue with the turbo water tank and now needs a new motor.
