Bought a ford f150 from them which was nothing but problems from the start ended up having to put over 7000 dollars in this truck. My partner and I have now bought two vehicles from New Millenium and we couldn’t be more happy or grateful for the service we received. The manager, “Book” Bookheimer and our salesman Tim “Hokie” Buheller are absolutely the best and worked so hard to get us our vehicles the two times we visited them. When they say they treat their customers like family, they mean it. There are no weird, annoying sales tactics, just genuine, honest people. Highly recommend seeing them if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

This is for the Bristol, CT location. I had a good experience overall. I bought the car online and they did a good job managing the process, offering additional photos, information, and transportation. My main sales rep was Brian Reid and I thought he was a straight shooter and nice guy. I felt like he did a really ood job advocating for me when I had some issues with the process. It took a really long time to close the deal and arrange for transport.
