Bought a car over 2 months ago and have only been able to drive it for 3 days. Its never should’ve passed NYS Inspection to begin with. Headlights aimed at the sky, bad ball joints, axle, strut mounts. Interior panels falling off. Reverse camera malfunction. Brought in the next day and it’s been to several different shops. Got it back today and the headlights still aren’t even aligned. They got their loan. Not they get a lawsuit. Ample chances to make it right but apparently they could care less. My review is mixed. I felt that we were given the run around. However, they took into consideration my time that I needed to spend there before I had to get to work as well as being very professional and explaining the contract. Thank you Mike.
This is the worst dealership. Salesman Jay uses the place as his personal dating site. He's making false reviews on here and Google to boost their ratings. Check his background. Shady character. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Needed to leave the area for my family protection
Mike and Jay are both amazing. Got me approved for my baby my 2010 Chevrolet cobalt even with my crappy credit. Mike showed me everything from starting my application to getting my beautiful car. I would recommend this place for anyone
The best decision I have made. Working with mine was awesome. He not only sold me a car, but made sure that I was happy. Being honest, my car that I had for trade in was unsafe to be driving.
