I have used George and his team for over 10 years now to pump my septic at numerous properties I own. His team is always respectful of our yard and do a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them for septic installation or septic pumping. He even helped my grandmother and was extremely kind and patient with her.
Cameron and the team at New Milford Septic are phenomenal. We noticed a leak in our overflow drain in our basement at 8:30pm on Christmas Eve. After emptying the drain and removing a potential clog, we realized that there was a back flow of water coming from the septic drain that shouldn't be. NM Septic was able to repair a crushed pipe and rescue us from the potential huge expense of a new system. During the process they patiently explained the details of a full replacement and we were aware of our options from the beginning. There is no question that we would go forward with the company either to repair or replace. Very grateful for being treated like family.

I highly recommend New Milford Septic Services. Great service, came in a Saturday for an emergency visit. While they were waiting to parts to arrive he cleaned out septic system many times and did not charge us. He also was honest about the problem we were experiencing and offers us a payment plan to fix it properly. If I could you would give them 10 stars. If you need any septic assistance look no further. The best costumer service and assistance I have ever experienced while owing out house for 21 years.
