NM Septic was able to repair a crushed pipe and rescue us from the potential huge expense of a new system. During the process they patiently explained the details of a full replacement and we were aware of our options from the beginning. While they were waiting to parts to arrive he cleaned out septic system many times and did not charge us. He also was honest about the problem we were experiencing and offers us a payment plan to fix it properly. If I could you would give them 10 stars. If you need any septic assistance look no further. The best costumer service and assistance I have ever experienced while owing out house for 21 years.
