This doctor's office is a joke had an appointment at 330 waited a whole half our in the waiting room then they brought me into a room and waited there an hour just to listen to a conversation in the next room nothing about medical something about a wedding mean while im here waiting never again
Every year I have the same terrible experience. I like my doctor so have been hesitant to leave. There is never anyone to answer the phone and they rarely, if ever, return my calls/messages. The blood work is never sent to quest on time and I either end up having to completely reschedule blood work or wait for a new time slot to open up (when fasting, this is never ideal). Can't always get a appt when needed
I had an amazing experience at this location!!! I took my mother and a sweet girl named Jaden helped me check in and get all set. She speaks very clear and sweet. Thank you very much
I stopped in the office to make a new patient appointment. My experience with Claire was terrible one of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with. All she wanted to do is tell me what could not be done and seemed to experience some type of joy in doing so. I recently moved back to Ct from Nv and have some serious health issues. After this experience I would never use this medical group. I had been a patient there for a couple of decades something has changed.
