I had an amazing experience at this location!!! I took my mother and a sweet girl named Jaden helped me check in and get all set. She speaks very clear and sweet. Thank you very much
I stopped in the office to make a new patient appointment. My experience with Claire was terrible one of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with. All she wanted to do is tell me what could not be done and seemed to experience some type of joy in doing so. I recently moved back to Ct from Nv and have some serious health issues. After this experience I would never use this medical group. I had been a patient there for a couple of decades something has changed. Cardiologist Dr. Michael G. Levine kindly called me at 8:27 am today to share results of a blood calcium score from Nuvance Health’s Radiology Dept. - that scan taking place only yesterday afternoon. Like the Drs however, very difficult to speak with someone, finally got frustrated and sent a message on patient portal, long time for a response. Being a diabetic I have to try to get ahead of things when I feel them coming on, needless to say, no appointments (emergency) available even though they have plenty of those set aside. Infections aren’t to be taken lightly and for someone to say, I can check in a week or 2, is unacceptable.
