Like the Drs however, very difficult to speak with someone, finally got frustrated and sent a message on patient portal, long time for a response. Being a diabetic I have to try to get ahead of things when I feel them coming on, needless to say, no appointments (emergency) available even though they have plenty of those set aside. Rescheduled multiple times for both my wife and I, long wait times for appointments also. Blood work orders not sent, rude staff. My family and I have used this office for a very long time, it’s time for a change.
I've only been a patient here for a couple of years now and I'm extremely happy with my provider. Hopefully, she'll be with the practice for a very long time. I'm so happy with her that if she leaves this practice, I will follow her to her next place. That being said, for the second time, lab orders are not in place at the lab when I arrive. They suck , now you have to get a COVID / flu test and wait two days before they will see you . So if your severely sick you need to be tested first , or go to the hospital and spend alot of money out of your pocket. Is this the new policy ? What a disgrace, your supposed to be Doctor's and treat people! Seriously your still pushing this COVID bullshit? Seriously,you call yourselves healthcare professionals. What a joke!
This is a review of the business, not the doctors. My doctor is spectacular. But the staff does not talk on the phone. I had a simple question. However, they don’t answer the phone. You can’t leave a voice message. The portal has limited options for asking questions. I left a message on the portal, and they issued a reply, but it didn’t address my question. Good luck if you have a question. Absurd. Providing healthcare today means answering the phone. Get over it and hire people to do it.
