Discharged me by certified mail after my e r dr told me to follow up with my primary care practice for an ultra sound ! Tofield would not script me for a follow up ultra sound after having a blood clout two months earlier from a surgery i had ! I told her that was asine and it was just for a script to redo the ultra sound !! I got a bill from them for 340$ six days latter telling me they wont or dont accept my workers comp visit of 6 weeks earlier, all while also having private insurance for which i had used it some 6 times ... read more
