We were connected to a therapist and allowed to rack up two months worth of bills being told along the way “this happens all the time”, “your insurance is wrong, they always do this.” “we have dozens of clients from your state with your insurance it’s never a problem.” “It will be cleared up soon.” Then WE chose to discontinue service because the balance creeping past $1,000 worried us.
