I work as a Medical Lab Technologist. And, I'm very unsatisfied how the phlebotomist treated my husband. Not only was she impolite, she does not know how to draw labs properly. It's obvious that your phlebotomist needs to go back to school to learn the basics. 1) don't retouch the site after it's clean 2) you don't hold the needle at an angle when drawing labs because the sodium heparin can go into the blood system. 3) learn the order of draw.
