I had a really positive experience with New Mexico Roof Experts. All appointments (to evaluate my needs and then perform the work) were on schedule. The proposal for repairs and maintenance was professional and timely. The work appears to have been successful (only time will tell) and the clean-up was 99.9% perfect. I enjoyed working with Veronica to handle administrative aspects of the job and with Carlos to get the work done. Warm, sincere, and caring people. How welcome is that!?
NM Roof Experts came and did a great job in repairing my roof. Carlos was the first company to arrive and went over the problems with my roof. He wasn't trying to sell me a new roof which would have cost me thousands of more dollars. He was available on the phone when I had additional questions and did not pressure me at all. I would use them again in the future.

After receiving several estimates that all insisted I needed a complete roof replacement—at a price far beyond my budget—NM Roof Experts was the only company that offered multiple options tailored to what I could afford. Mr. Vasques was recommended by a trusted Albuquerque contractor. After meeting with Mr. Carlos Vasques in October 2021, we decided on a new shingle roof installation with new seamless gutters and replacement of worn and damaged soffit.
