This all started with a Groupon. During my initial appointment, I was upsold. I researched it and it made sense. But this company isn't even trying. And they charge up front with promises of a job completed quickly (I never pay up front, but I was ordering custom vents). I bought a Groupon for an air-duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning (along with 319 other people at the time of writing this review). I had no issues scheduling an appointment. They called the day prior to confirm my appointment. I was scheduled for 8-10, and took the day off from work. At 8:50 someone from the office called to confirm my address. I bought a Groupon last summer for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I called in early November to schedule a service appointment. Nobody answered the phone, so I left a message and phone number. Nobody called. Two days later, I called again, and again, nobody answered. So I left a second message. Three days later, and still no return call. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. And amazingly, they just came out with a new Groupon! I have also reported the lack of response to Groupon.

I just recently bought an AC unit from this company and I am 100% pleased! I spoke to many different companies in the area for an estimate, and these guys had the BEST price (HALF of the price of other companies!. They workers were very professional, they came in the morning and by the end of the day I had cold air. Thnx New mexico quality air!

I just had work done with this company and I just wanted to say they did a really great job. Everything looks great and my dryer works perfect since I had the dryer vent cleaning.

I just had a great a great service by New Mexico Quality Air. The service didn't take all day which I appreciated, but it was also very well done which I also appreciate! Great job!

I (along with a few friends) bought one of the goupon deals for the Air Duct cleaning and I have to say I am happy I did. The service I recieved was awesome! The guys were very helpful and I trusted they knew what they were doing. They were at my house for about an hour and hour and a half and the job was very well done!

I had New Mexico Quality Air at my home today and I just wanted to share what a nice experience I had with them. The customer service was great, that is by far the most important thing for me. I mean anyone can do a job, but not everyone can do it with a smile on their face. They also did a great job with the service, I can tell a HUGE difference with the air quality in my house. No more dusty counter tops!
