This used to be McLeod Medical Center, but now has new physician ownership. I'd heard numerous complaints in the past about administrative issues, but my two recent experiences at NM Medical Center have been extremely positive. I've been pleased with both the staff and the quality of medical care that members of my family have received there.
Terrible. The care you get depends on what the staff (mainly the DOCTOR) feels like doing at any given time. If Dr. Burger doesn't feel like doing paperwork or giving you an emergency appointment due to crippling pain - too bad for you. He'll call you AFTER you've gotten help elsewhere, to see you, with NO REASON in mind (to get paid for the visit, maybe?). Also: Experienced a HIPPA violation.
