My experience with the front desk staff and nurses have been nice and that's the only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one. If you go here and NEED your medications, whatever you do - do NOT see April Alatorre. After the last four appointments I've had to call day after day *begging* for her to actually put my needed prescriptions in. Putting in prescriptions in a timely manner should be one of the most important aspects of that job. The other doctors might be okay, I don't know, but do not sign yourself up for fail... read more
"I was a patient of theirs a few years back. They were very negligent and left me on medication that could have killed me if I didn't have it and discharged me as a patient for no reason. It's sad they are affiliated with CYFD and APS but discharge their patients without proper recourse or reason."
My special needs daughter and myself have received exceptional care from not only Lori Gonzales but her staff! They treat us like family! Would highly recommend New Mexico Family services to anyone needing medical or psychological assistance!
I went to Lori Gonzalez for the idea to become my primary doctor however I decided to not continue as I had to the ER one day and found out I have a fatty liver and was told to go to my primary for a referral so I did went to family services with my ER papers and she saw it and we discussed it so she gave me a referral and it took a month to get in so when I got to this doctor they told me that there a urologist and do not treat livers so I had to go back and it took them forever to get me a referral and I never got one I ha... read more
