1 Star — Horrible First Impression I had an extremely disappointing experience with New Mexico Dermatology. I spoke with Josette, who was incredibly rude and made me feel like my call was an inconvenience. She had me waiting on the phone for about 3 minutes, then came back with a date and time for a consultation appointment. The wait time to get an appointment is a little long, but the care is excellent (probably why the wait time is long). People are friendly, too.

Rude and careless do not recommend
This place is going to loose business due to their RUDE Receptionist, I told her what insurance I had & she told me they don’t accept Medicare & I told her again I don’t have Medicare she accused me of being RUDE when she was to me. I just hung up at that point. She needs to get Fired.
