I wish i could give zero stars. Literally have called 86 times since 930 this morning. Finally got the option for a call back and got hung up on TWICE! Causing me to have to go through the whole thing again. And the only issue is my account is locked out of no where. Truly the worst agency and state I’ve ever lived in. Even resulted to emailing the governor and probably will do it weekly until there is an actual change.
