I hate to rate this low only because Beth and Medical assistances are absolutely amazing but when it comes to treatment, referrals or anything about your care plan it’s ridiculous. I have seen a total of 2 doctors now and 2 on telemed now I’m gonna have to see another doctor here soon and start alllll over again. Do better very unprofessional
Everyone is very kind and nice . Everyone treats you with respect. I love Dr Valerie she's awesome and understand you . Receptionist is awesome
I been trying to get in touch for about 4 days and so far no one has answered or returned my calls
April in scheduling is really rude. All locations are able to make appointments for other locations. I suggest calling another branch to make an appointment before calling this location and possibly having to deal with her.
