Zero stars. This place is awful. Worst clinic I've ever been to. I was referred here for my MS, Fibromyalgia severe arthritis and I just had surgery to fix a rotator cuff tare. I filled out all the paperwork arrived 30 min early. I walked in and before even asking my name i had a pee. Up handed to me. Then they gave me the same paperwork I had already filled out fine whatever then I wait another hour and a half in the room after the MA told me that the Dr. Won't up my medication nor would he give any other medications. The care I’ve received here has been the best experience I’ve ever had in the medical profession. They have truly helped restore my quality of life. The entire staff is compassionate, supportive, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. My PCP referred me here for my chronic pain that's worsened since having Covid. The moment you walk in, you're treated with suspicion! I've been on pain management for the last 8 years but here it's like they think you're a junkie off the street looking to score drugs! Also, suspicious of my insurance? I have excellent coverage, provided all necessary information (beforehand in new patient info packet completed prior AND when I arrived for appointment). This was the first time in 30 years of seeing Drs that someone actually listened to me. That was companionate and caring. Someone who understood what I am going through and didn't look down on me nor judge and assume. I felt validated and relieved so much so that I cried all the way home. So many of us that suffer horrible pain shouldn't have such a hard time getting the relief we need to live a better life.
